  • On request of the Forest Department, SHODH, prepared a micro-plan for village Wadala, a fringe village of TATR.
  • On request of the Forest Department and relocation authorities, SHODH conducted second awareness camp for the villagers of Botezari village located within Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, in May 2006.

  • Conducted workshop at village Kondegaon on alternate farm and off-farm livelihood options and opportunities, April 2006.

  • Preliminary work of micro-plan preparation at village Kondegaon, Chandrapur district, April 2006.

  • Conducted an awareness camp for the villagers of Botezari village located within Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, on 29 th to 30 th November 2005.

  • Conducted a stakeholder workshop at village Mendha, Gadchiroli district, Maharashtra State as part of the project “Invariant dependency of Common Property Resources at Different Stages of Development: A Case Study of Water in India”, on 22 nd June 2005.

  • Conducted a stakeholder workshop at village Rajapur, Tumsar district, Maharashtra State as part of the project “Invariant dependency of Common Property Resources at Different Stages of Development: A Case Study of Water in India”, on 21st June 2005.

  • Organized and conducted a multi-stakeholder workshop for Orissa under the World Bank funded project “Need assessment of forest dependent people from three states of ‘tribal belt' of Central India”, at Sambalpur in Orissa on 28 th Febuary 2005 .

  • Organized and conducted a multi-stakeholder workshop for Chhattisgarh under the World Bank funded project “Need assessment of forest dependent people from three states of ‘tribal belt' of Central India”, at Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 2 nd March 2005 .

  • Organized and conducted a multi-stakeholder workshop for Madhya Pradesh under the World Bank funded project “Need assessment of forest dependent people from three states of ‘tribal belt' of Central India”, at Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh on 17 th March 2005.

  • Organized and conducted a multi-state-stakeholder workshop under the World Bank funded project “Need assessment of forest dependent people from three states of ‘tribal belt' of Central India”, at Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 3 rd of April 2005.

  • SHODH resolved to direct the dissemination funds of the SANDEE funded research project entitled “ Institutional Structure and Sustainable Collective Action” towards creating awareness among the tribal community regarding the various tribal welfare schemes and programs of the government and helping the communities avail them .  A workshop was held in Mendha village in Gadchiroli district in January 2004, where the villagers and the government officials got to interact directly with each other.

  • Two follow-up Training programs for primary teachers from all the Govt. Ashram Schools under Nagpur Project, funded by UNICEF, (2000).

  • Conducted a survey for a project undertaken by Dr. Anjali Kulkarni on behalf of Vidarbha Statutory Development Board, to study ‘Reasons of poor performance in H.Sc. exams in Vidarbha'. (Dec.98)

  • Two camps for tribal children from the seven villages in the Tadoba-Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary, in Oct. and Nov. 1998.

  • Three summer vacation camps of four days duration each, for the children of seven villages in Tadoba–Andhari Tiger Reserve, on behalf of Dept. of Forest (Wildlife) Nagpur, funded by UNICEF (June 1998).

  • One training program for primary teachers of Ashram Schools of 3 days duration, funded by I.T.D.P., Bhamaragarh. (Jan. 1997).

  • One day ‘Brain Storming' program for Ashram School Primary Head Masters of Nagpur Division; sponsored by the UNICEF, (1996)

  • Three training programs for primary teachers of Ashram Schools each of 3 days duration, funded by Integrated Tribal Development project (I.T.D.P.), Gadchiroli, (July, Sept., Dec. 1996.)

  • Human Resource Development Program for Ashram School teachers, students, and non-teaching staff members, Nagpur Division comprising of 7 Integrated Tribal Development Project areas. (Dec.'95 to May.'96), funded by the office of Additional Tribal Commissioner, Dept. of Tribal Development, Government of Maharashtra, Nagpur.
