This was a evaluation study of thirty Joint Forest Management Committees (JFMCs) federated under FDA based at Wadsa Forest Division. Performance of each of the thirty JFMCs was evaluated and their performance was scored on eight parameters. Accordingly, various actions were suggested to bring changes at the implementation level. The performance of FDA was graded as 'very-good'.
